Table Thai Massage blends the unique compression and stretching poses of Traditional Thai Massage with the added benefits of Deep Tissue and Swedish techniques. 

These sessions are performed on a typical massage table, instead of a Thai mat on the floor. Clients will remain fully clothes in comfortable loose fitting clothing during these sessions, and the practitioner will apply gentle compressions, and stretching techniques to renew and relax the nervous system, and unwind tensions in the body. 

Much like acupressure massage, this style of Thai massage opens and frees up energy meridians, allowing for that deep restful renewing feeling as the body realigns and regulates itself with this gentle support. 

A table Thai massage is a dynamic experience where the muscles, tendons, ligaments, and joints receive the benefit of movement and massage combined.
