Grace of Being Massage Therapy

This type of massage involves the use and placement of basalt stones on different points of the body. The stones are water heated before use and the massage therapist can then apply deeper pressure to areas of concern without causing any discomfort.
A hot stone massage may begin with a traditional Swedish massage technique to prepare your muscles. Your therapist will then place the warm stones on key acupressure points on your body. Some therapists may place the stones in their hands, using the warm stones to massage the tissues and free up tensions in the body.
